RJM Heating Services customer care plan.

We can offer a package care plan deal for your heating or/and boiler. Choose the care plan to suit you and your budget.

How to sign up? Call our 24-hour helpline and arrange your service/inspection. On completion of your service/inspection, our engineer will advise you whether your boiler/system is acceptable for our care plan. Following a successful inspection, the engineer will check all relevant paperwork and welcome you to the care plan. Your cover will then commence immediately. You will receive your welcome pack (with all documentation) in the post.

Plan 1

£10 a month – Cover on BOILER ONLY
✓ Annual service of your boiler
✓ Unlimited call outs every year
✓ UK helpline open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
✓ Engineer response to breakdown within 48 hours (subject to T&C’s)
✓ Repairs to your boiler – parts and labour included up to the value of £650

Plan 2

£12.50 a month – Cover on BOILER and HEATING SYSTEM
✓ Annual boiler service
✓ Unlimited call outs every year
✓ UK helpline open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
✓ Engineer response to breakdown within 48 hours (subject to T&C’s)
✓ Repairs to your boiler – parts and labour included up to the value of £650
✓ Repairs to your heating system – all parts and labour included up to the value of £650

Things we DO NOT include:

× Hot and cold pipework
× Showers or taps
× Stop taps
× Drainage and waste systems
× Faults caused by someone else

Once you have decided which option is right for you, an upfront set up cost of £50 is payable straight away (via bank transfer) our bank details can be found on your direct debit agreement form. You will then receive your contract along with the terms and conditions through the post within 3-5 working days. You have the right to cancel your contract within 14 working days upon agreement. Please note the set-up cost is non-refundable.
